Lemon Cookies

Oh sweet Moses these cookies are good. I think I found this recipe online somewhere. My Grandma Pete loves anything with lemons in it so I made them for her. She loves them! I bet you can't just have one. Ingredients:
1 (18.25 oz) box of lemon cake mix with pudding
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. lemon extract
1/3 cup powdered sugar for decorating

Directions:
(1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
(2) Pour cake mix into a large mixing bowl. Stir in eggs, oil and lemon extract until well blended. Dough will be thick.
(3) Roll into balls and drop into powdered sugar until well coated.
(4) Place on un-greased cookie sheet and bake for 6-9 minutes. The bottoms will be light brown and the centers chewy.
