Quesadillas

Here is a simple way that I make Quesadillas. You can either make this as a meal or in most of my cases, I use the left-over taco ingredients to whip up something different.

Ingredients:
Taco meat
tortillas
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Butter spread

Directions:
(1) Over medium heat, warm up a large skillet.
(2) Butter one side of two tortilla shells.
(3) Place one tortilla butter side down in the skillet. Sprinkle with desired amount of cheese. Spread taco meat over cheese and top with another handful of cheese.
(4) Place second tortilla over meat and cheese making sure that the buttered side is facing up.
(5) Place a heavy saucepan over Quesadillas and press. Continue to do this until bottom tortilla is browned.
(6) Once browned, flip and brown the other side.
(7) When golden brown remove from skillet and slice. Serve hot with sour cream.

Helpful Hints:
(1) Obviously, this could be done with any kind of meat like chicken or pork.
(2) Have fun with these and use other ingredients like tomatoes or salsa.
